Thinning technique

After you've transplanted your seedlings to the growing shelf. Each pod should be thinned to 1 seedling. To do this pull out the excess seedlings using a pair of tweezers or your fingers gently.

Harvesting technique

Harvest 2-3 inches above the base of the plant to ensure regrowth within 2 weeks. Salanova® can also be harvested as a head by cutting at the very base of the stem, however it will not regrow.
