Curly parsley, flat-leafed parsley
Fragrant herbs are often chopped and used as a garnish to provide a pop of color and brightness to your favorite dishes. Comes in varieties that produce either curly or flat, serrated leaves depending upon preference. Grows in a bunching pattern with multiple stalks for easy harvesting.

Thinning technique
After you've transplanted your seedlings to the growing shelf. Each pod should be thinned to 1 - 2 seedlings. To do this pull out the excess seedlings using a pair of tweezers or your fingers gently.
Harvesting technique
Harvest the largest stalks as close to the base of each stem as possible. Leave shorter, immature stalks to grow; new stalks will emerge from the base of the plant.
